INTELLURA AIVISION

1. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use INTELLURA AI VISION. By signing up, you confirm you are 18 or older. The app is not intended for minors.

2. Nature of the Service

INTELLURA AI VISION provides AI-powered visual appearance checks based on user-uploaded images of the face, eyes, tongue, and teeth.

The app provides general appearance observations only. It is NOT a medical device, NOT a diagnostic tool, and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any condition.

3. No Medical Advice

Information provided by the app is for informational and appearance purposes only. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns.

INTELLURA is not liable for any decisions you make based on output of the app.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload images of other people without their consent, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, design, and software are the property of INTELLURA. You retain ownership of images you upload.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTELLURA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: email, password (encrypted), optional profile (name, age range, gender).

Appearance observation data: images you upload, AI-generated appearance observations, timestamps.

Technical data: device type, app version, anonymized usage analytics.

To provide AI appearance appearance observations.

To store your check history so you can revisit it.

To improve service quality and security.

3. AI Processing

Uploaded images are sent to our AI provider solely to generate appearance observations. Images are stored privately and only accessible by you.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. We share data only with: (a) cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, (b) AI providers for processing, (c) authorities when legally required.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained until you delete it or close your account. You may delete all appearance observations anytime from Profile.

6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact info@intellura.ae to exercise these rights.

7. Children

The app is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. No system is 100% secure; report vulnerabilities to info@intellura.ae.

We may update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes.

11. AI Processing & Appearance Analysis

INTELLURA AI VISION uses third-party AI models to produce general, non-diagnostic appearance observations from images you choose to scan. The output is educational only and is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. The app is not a medical device.

12. User-Uploaded Images and Face Data

Images you capture or upload (which may include your face, eyes, skin, tongue, teeth, hands, scalp or ears) are processed solely to generate visual appearance insights for you. We do NOT perform biometric identification, face recognition, or any 1-to-1 / 1-to-many face matching. Images are not used to identify, track, or profile you, and are not shared with advertisers.

13. Third-Party AI Processing

To generate appearance insights, selected images and the appearance-category context are securely transmitted over encrypted connections to AI infrastructure providers (e.g. Google Gemini and OpenAI via the Lovable AI Gateway). These providers process the request to return analysis text and do not receive your name, email, address, or contacts.

14. Data Storage & Retention

Your account, profile, scans, and AI appearance reports are stored in your private account on secure cloud infrastructure and are only accessible to you (and to admins for support, where you grant access). Data is retained until you delete it or close your account. Backups are rotated within 30 days, after which data is fully removed from all systems.

15. Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (profile, scans, AI consent records, support tickets, billing history) at any time from Profile → Danger Zone → Delete account, or by emailing info@intellura.ae from your registered address. Deletion is irreversible and is completed within 30 days across all systems including backups.

Core appearance checks may be offered free of charge. No refund applies to free features.

2. Paid Subscriptions / In-App Purchases

All purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the respective store's refund policies.

3. Direct Purchases

For purchases made directly from INTELLURA, you may request a refund within 14 days if the service was not delivered as described. Email info@intellura.ae with proof of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Used AI scan credits, partial subscription periods already consumed, and promotional offers are non-refundable.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

1. Delete Appearance Observations

Open the Profile screen and tap "Delete all appearance observations" to remove all your scans and AI reports immediately.

2. Delete Your Account

Email info@intellura.ae from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account". We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

Account credentials, profile info, all uploaded images, all AI appearance reports, and history records.

4. What May Be Retained

Anonymized aggregate statistics, and any data we are legally required to retain (e.g., financial records).

5. Backups

Backups are rotated within 30 days. After this window, your data is fully removed from all systems.

6. Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
